Are you a driven HR professional with a passion for supporting a young, dynamic team? We are a digital media company with offices in Doetinchem and Hilversum, looking for an experienced HR Manager to strengthen our team for approximately 20 hours per week.

What will you do?

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for personnel policy within our growing organization. Your tasks will include:

  • Recruitment and selection of new talent, both permanent and freelance.
  • Guiding and developing our team, including setting up training and development programs.
  • Performance and absenteeism management, ensuring a good balance between work and well-being.
  • Managing employment conditions, such as salaries, contracts, and other benefits.
  • Coordinating with the accountant and payroll administration to ensure that salaries are processed correctly and on time and that financial reports are accurate.
  • Ensuring a positive work culture that aligns with our young and dynamic work environment.

What do you bring?

  • A completed degree in HRM or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a creative, digital environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of labor laws in the Netherlands and preferably internationally as well.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.

Job Description

As a full-time editor, you will be responsible for keeping the website up to date. You will write and edit news articles, interviews, reviews, and features about films, directors, actors, and the film industry in general. You have an eye for detail, a critical perspective, and know how to inform and entertain visitors.

What will you do?

  • Writing and editing news articles about films, series, and the film industry.
  • Publishing reviews and background articles.
  • Contributing to the growth and engagement of the Moviemeter community through visitor interaction.
  • Updating and maintaining the film database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Analyzing film trends and proposing ideas for new content.

What do we ask?

  • Proven experience with (online) editorial work, preferably in the entertainment sector.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language in both spoken and written form.
  • A passion for films and the film industry; you are always up to date with the latest film news.
  • Creative in coming up with new topics and perspectives.
  • Independent and proactive; you can work well within an editorial team while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Your Role

As a Financial Administrator, you play a vital role in our financial administration. You ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and assist with reports that support strategic decision-making.

What Will You Do?

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices.
  • Recording bank transactions and journal entries.
  • Supporting the preparation of periodic financial reports.
  • Contributing to the improvement of administrative processes.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A precise and proactive professional with:
  • A completed accounting education (minimum MBO level).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Exact (must) and Excel.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and accounting principles.
  • Qualities such as being organizationally strong, eager to learn, and flexible to grow with our company.
